To assist the Director of People & Culture in achieving People & Culture goals and objectives, particularly in the areas of recruitment, personnel administration/records, and talent relations etc.

Assist in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating Talent & Culture activities in areas of Talent benefits, wages, salary, labour and Talent relations, recruitment, Talent career development.
協助管理與協調人才福利、人才工資、勞資關系、新人才的招聘、人才職業發展等工作。Recommending, implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for Talent.
協助負責制訂,完善并執行酒店的規章制度,工作程序和其它人才活動。
