The Chief Concierge is responsible for ensuring timely and seamless service when Concierge team dealing with guest requests, providing proactive, knowledgeable, engaged service to all guests. The Chief Concierge also holds accountability for instilling consistency of the hotel standards as well as generating and promoting ideas to enhance the guest experience, and increasing transportation revenue.
