【工作職責(zé)】

為其他員工及來(lái)電者提供專業(yè)禮貌、關(guān)懷備至的高水準(zhǔn)的服務(wù)。禮貌并有效地處理客人和員工的詢問(wèn)，對(duì)于無(wú)法立即處理的投訴和提出的問(wèn)題，應(yīng)匯報(bào)上級(jí)，并迅速跟進(jìn)及時(shí)反饋結(jié)果。保持與顧客和同事之間良好的合作關(guān)系。
