【工作職責(zé)】

促進(jìn)禮賓部內(nèi)行李員服務(wù)臺職能的順利和高效運行。協(xié)助賓客提拉行李及行李寄存服務(wù)，為有需要的賓客提供委托代辦和雨傘租借服務(wù)。確保所接受的行李和包裹的安全，存放在合適的地方。

【任職要求】

1. 熟悉opera系統(tǒng)

2. 良好的中英文口語和書面表達(dá)能力

3. 具有良好的賓客服務(wù)意識和團隊協(xié)作精神

【Job Responsibilities】

Facilitate the smooth and efficient functioning of the bellman service desk function within the Concierge. Assist guests with luggage lifting and luggage storage services, and provide agency and umbrella rental services for guests in need. Ensure that the accepted luggage and parcels are safe and stored in a suitable place.

【Job Requirements】

1. Familiarity with the opera system

2. Good oral and written communication skills in both English
and Chinese
