【工作職責】

在廚房每天的工作中，與總廚，副廚師長配合使廚務部門更好的與各個餐廳協(xié)作，完成酒店的標準服務和達成酒店的商業(yè)目標。維護廚房內(nèi)的各種儀器。保證廚房的衛(wèi)生符合衛(wèi)生部門和酒店的標準。按菜式規(guī)定，烹制各種菜式。

【任職要求】

1.持有廚房資格證

2. 廚房衛(wèi)生規(guī)范和職業(yè)健康與安全標準的基本知識

3. 基本的計算機技能

4.一年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗

5. 有國際奢侈品牌經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
