負責自助餐廳廚房的日常切配，出品工作，保證出品質量。負責廚房各種原材料的保管和使用。協助保證食品的質量。

【任職要求】

1. 廚師培訓的學位或證書

2. 良好的食品衛生方面知識

3. 至少一年在酒店或高檔餐廳廚房的工作經驗
