確保水療及健身中心的運作符合酒店市場策略，執行酒店行為指南。確保水療與健身中心所有員工遵循品牌承諾并始終提供優異的對客服務。持續關注和評估本地、國內和國際市場趨勢，及其他酒店的銷售動態，以確保水療及健身中心的銷售計劃和設備保持市場競爭力并引領市場潮流。

1.英語對話流利，有較強的協調管理能力

2.督導水療與健身中心員工服務質量標準，操作流程標準和各項工作實施全面監管

【Job Responsibilities】

To
ensure that the Spa & Fitness Center activities are aligned with the
respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been introduced
and implemented where appropriate.Ensures
that all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest
service at all times.Constantly
monitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and the
competitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure the Spa &
Fitness Center programs and equipment remain competitive and cutting edge.

【Job Requirements】

1.Proficient in spoken English with strong coordination and management skills.

2.Supervise the service quality standards, operational procedures, and overall implementation of tasks for staff in the spa and fitness center.
