【工作職責(zé)】

遵循品牌承諾并始終提供優(yōu)異的對(duì)客服務(wù)，確認(rèn)客人在入住和離店過程中得到盡善盡美的服務(wù)，保持與顧客和同事之間良好的合作關(guān)系。以協(xié)助和靈活的態(tài)度與其他管理層員工密切合作，關(guān)注酒店的整體成功和客人的滿意度。

【任職要求】

1. 優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧，說話清晰、簡(jiǎn)潔、自信

2. 流利順暢的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書面表達(dá)能力

3. 保持高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個(gè)人形象和儀容儀表

4. 能適應(yīng)靈活的班次

5. 具有良好的賓客服務(wù)意識(shí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神

6. 至少兩年以上國(guó)際酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
