【工作職責(zé)】

負(fù)責(zé)管理有關(guān)酒店的客人房間及樓層的整潔干凈。負(fù)責(zé)當(dāng)班樓層的查房工作，制定工作計劃。根據(jù)酒店的運(yùn)營標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，隨時對房間和設(shè)施設(shè)備及各項(xiàng)物品進(jìn)行檢查。維護(hù)客房部的設(shè)施和管理。確保所有服務(wù)員遵循品牌承諾并始終提供優(yōu)異的對客服務(wù)。

【任職要求】

1. 熟悉使用清潔劑和化學(xué)品的詳細(xì)工作知識

2. 至少兩年在具有良好標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的酒店擔(dān)任客房領(lǐng)班的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

【Job Responsibilities】

Responsible for managing the cleanliness of guest rooms and floors of the hotel. Responsible for the ward rounds on the floor on duty and formulate work plans. According to the hotel's operating standards, rooms, facilities, equipment and items are inspected at any time. Maintain the facilities and management of the housekeeping department. Ensure that all servers follow the brand promise and provide excellent customer service at all times.

【Job Requirements】
1 Familiar with the detailed working knowledge of the use of detergents and chemicals

2. At least two years of work experience as a Team Leader-Housekeeping in a hotel with good standards

3. Basic knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry
