【工作職責】

協助經理確保前廳部正常和高效的運作。禮貌并有效地處理客人和員工的詢問，對于無法立即處理的投訴和提出的問題，應匯報上級，并迅速跟進及時反饋結果。保持與顧客和同事之間良好的合作關系。

【任職要求】

1. 精通電腦操作和前臺系統，具備較強的英文聽說讀寫能力和對客服務技巧

2. 擁有良好的溝通交流和人際協調能力

3. 保持高標準的個人形象和儀容儀表

4. 能適應靈活的班次

5. 具有良好的賓客服務意識和團隊協作精神
