定期巡回檢查所管范圍設施的完好狀況，發現問題及時維修。接到派工單迅速維修，遇到重大問題及時請示匯報。
Responsible for wooden hotel equipment repair, requirement will blow be bored with child, Do primer, paint, paint spraying, polishing, etc.
負責酒店木質器材的修補，要求會刮膩子；會做底漆，面漆，噴漆，打磨等。
Try best to keep the work scene tidy during the process of carrying out repair and maintenance work, especially try best not to disturb the guests in PA or the guestrooms in order not to receive complaints.
在維修保養的過程中盡量保持工作場地的整潔，特別在公共區域和客房中盡量避免打擾有關客人，以免受到有關投訴。
Specialized tools and other tools & equipment should be used and kept well, especially preventing the
occurrence of accidents when using carpenter machine.
合理使用和保管好專用工具和其它工具設備，特別是使用木工機械的時候防止事故發生。
To perform other tasks assigned by Duty Engineer and concerned supervisors
隨時執行值班工程師和有關主管安排的其它工作任務。
To take records of all work content, work time every day with supervisor or captain’s signature for future inspection.
每天要記錄好所有的工作內容、工作時間，并有領班或調度簽字以備檢查。
Responsible for the hotel decoration paint palette and paint work.
負責酒店裝修的油漆調色及刷漆工作。
To ensure the cleanliness and neatness for plant rooms
要保證工作間的整齊整潔。
To implement concerned P & P strictly, and provide with good services any time.
嚴格執行有關制度，隨時提供良好的服務。
任職資格：
Some college or advanced vocational training plus one years of experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialized expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields
大專學歷或高級職業培訓經歷和1年常規建筑維修或建筑經驗，或具有同等教育和工作經歷。具備管道、電氣、 機械與木工方面的專業技能
