定期巡回檢查所管范圍設(shè)施的完好狀況，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)維修。接到派工單迅速維修，遇到重大問題及時(shí)請示匯報(bào)。
Responsible for wooden hotel equipment repair, requirement will blow be bored with child, Do primer, paint, paint spraying, polishing, etc.
負(fù)責(zé)酒店木質(zhì)器材的修補(bǔ)，要求會(huì)刮膩?zhàn)樱粫?huì)做底漆，面漆，噴漆，打磨等。
Try best to keep the work scene tidy during the process of carrying out repair and maintenance work, especially try best not to disturb the guests in PA or the guestrooms in order not to receive complaints.
在維修保養(yǎng)的過程中盡量保持工作場地的整潔，特別在公共區(qū)域和客房中盡量避免打擾有關(guān)客人，以免受到有關(guān)投訴。
Specialized tools and other tools & equipment should be used and kept well, especially preventing the
occurrence of accidents when using carpenter machine.
合理使用和保管好專用工具和其它工具設(shè)備，特別是使用木工機(jī)械的時(shí)候防止事故發(fā)生。
To perform other tasks assigned by Duty Engineer and concerned supervisors
隨時(shí)執(zhí)行值班工程師和有關(guān)主管安排的其它工作任務(wù)。
To take records of all work content, work time every day with supervisor or captain’s signature for future inspection.
每天要記錄好所有的工作內(nèi)容、工作時(shí)間，并有領(lǐng)班或調(diào)度簽字以備檢查。
Responsible for the hotel decoration paint palette and paint work.
負(fù)責(zé)酒店裝修的油漆調(diào)色及刷漆工作。
To ensure the cleanliness and neatness for plant rooms

任職資格：
Some college or advanced vocational training plus one years of experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialized expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields
大專學(xué)歷或高級職業(yè)培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷和1年常規(guī)建筑維修或建筑經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或具有同等教育和工作經(jīng)歷。具備管道、電氣、 機(jī)械與木工方面的專業(yè)技能
