1.Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously

3.Records and controls accurately wake up calls

4.Pages guests in co-operation with concerned departments

5.Records all entries on traffic sheets

將所有條目記錄到電話單上。

6.Assists guests with international calls and directory queries

協(xié)助客人處理國(guó)際長(zhǎng)途和號(hào)碼查詢(xún)。

7.Calls guests by name whenever possible

盡量稱(chēng)呼客人的姓名 。

8.Pages staff member when requested.

如有需要,對(duì)工作人員進(jìn)行呼叫。

9.Abides by principles of guest privacy

遵守保護(hù)客人隱私的原則

10.Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor

滿(mǎn)足客人的需要或請(qǐng)求,并向總機(jī)主管匯報(bào)投訴情況。

11.Aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers

熟悉當(dāng)?shù)仉娫挶硪约俺芴?hào)碼。

12.Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare and other critical situations

嚴(yán)格遵守處理緊急事件,如火災(zāi)、炸彈威脅和其它危機(jī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)政策和工作程序。

13.Advises defects on switchboard equipment to Supervisor

向主管匯報(bào)總機(jī)設(shè)備出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。

14.Maintains a clean work environment

保持工作環(huán)境的清潔。

15.Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly

及時(shí)處理客人的所有問(wèn)詢(xún)和要求。

16.Maintains detailed knowledge of the Hotel’s fire, life and safety system

熟知酒店的消防、救生和安全系統(tǒng)。

17.Maintains detailed knowledge on the Emergency Response Team and workings of the telephone room in this regard

熟知緊急事件處理小組的相關(guān)情況以及電話室在此方面的工作方式。

18.Maintain Hotel Information

保管酒店相關(guān)信息。

任職資格:
1、形象良好,聲音甜美
2、能吃苦耐勞,有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
