1.Operate boiler and attend all repair works related to steam supply.?
操作鍋爐并負責與供汽有關的所有維修工作?
2.Drive the business .?
積極推動酒店生意?
3.Maintain all additional systems which adjust the quality of boiler and laundry systems?
保養所有其他調整鍋爐質量和洗衣房系統的系統?
4.Record mechanical readings of boiler, laundry and steam system?
記錄鍋爐、洗衣房和蒸汽系統的機械讀數?
5.Carries out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot & cold water systems, cooling water systems, storm
and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/fountain water systems and swimming pools.?
進行維修國內冷熱水系統冷卻水系統、衛生下水道系統、灌溉/噴泉系統和泳池。?
6.Attends to repairs or replacement of all bathroom / toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas and back-ofthe-house areas.?
負責維修或更換客房公共區和后勤區所有的浴室/衛生間設備?
7.Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises including any new additions /
extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel.?
負責酒店內所有類型的維修工作包括酒店的任何新的補充/擴展或酒店維修的任何物業事項。?
8.Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation Program.?

9.Use initiative and foresight to undertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program without
the direction of the Shift Engineer/Chief Engineer.?
在沒有當班工程師/總工程師指導的情況下主動并預見性的著手于預防性維修計劃中規定的工作任務。?
10.Responsible for servicing and attending to repairs on various types of equipment such as laundry equipment,
kitchen equipment, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water
treatment plants, sewage treatment plant and electricity generators, electric lights & powers, CCTV,
telephone, TV, fire lives and safety equipment & system.?
負責服務和維修各種類型的設備如洗衣設備、廚房設備、供暖、通風和空調設備包括電機、水泵、風機、水處理廠、污水處理廠及發電機電燈和電力、閉路電視、電話、電視、消防和安全設備及系統。
11.Demonstrate Awareness of IHG Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures and ensure
all procedures are conducted safely and within PPE guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same?

12.Be aware of duty of care and adhere to work place health and safety related various IHG policies and
procedures?

13.Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely
and sensibly?

14.Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers?

15.Carries out regular fire alarm test as per IHG standard?

16.Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements?

17.Ensures that the work shop and related areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition.?
