崗位職責/職位描述
Department: Finance Department
Report to: Finance Controller
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the installation, configuration and implementation for hardware, networks, business software and property management systems for a new hotel
- Liaising with appropriate support organization relating to system problems
- Oversee the smooth running of all IT systems within the hotel
- Providing users first-level support in all aspects of IT
- Maintaining user accounts with level of authorization
- Scheduling and performing regular data and systems back-up
- Ensuring PCI compliance and data security
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant education and working experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player approach
- Problem solver
- Knowledge of hotel systems, experience with Opera and Micros a net advantage
- Knowledge of networking and cabling systems
- Fluent in Mandarin, knowledge of English is considered an advantage.
