Job Responsibilities：
1、管理市場銷售團隊，對促銷策略和市場計劃的開發、策劃與實施；對市場銷售計劃的發展和實施進行監管和協助。
Manage Sales& Marketing Group. Set up promotional strategies and marketing plans and carry it out. Check and manage the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
2、制訂年度收益計劃、市場預算及預測。
Produce the Annual Revenue Plan, Marketing Budgets and Forecasts.
3、制訂與收益計劃相關的工作計劃，以確保收益計劃目標得以實現。
Produce Action Plan related to the Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved.
4、及時了解市場趨勢，競爭對手的活動以及客戶在銷售會議和每月報告中的反饋。
Keep abreast and report on market trends, competitor's activities and client feedback in sales meetings and monthly reports.
5、管理客戶關系及服務，包括客戶需求、產品服務知識，銷售的有效性交流技巧及客戶反饋信息。
Management of customer relationships and services, including customer needs, product knowledge, sales effectiveness of communication skills and customer feedback.
6、進行市場調研，開發和實施促銷，以增加特定細分市場的業務。
Conduct market research，develops and implements special promotions to increase business from specific market segments.
?任職條件：
Application?requirements：
1、擔任國際品牌酒店銷售經理級以上或同檔酒店銷售總監職位者優先。
As the international brand hotel sales manager or the five stars hotel’s sales director position is preferred.
2、至少精通一門外語，日語或英語。
Excellent communication skills in foreign language, Japanese or English
3、熟悉華東市場者優先。
Familiar with East China sales market is preferred.
4、薪資待遇面議。
Salary and benefits are negotiable.
