崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

工作職責(zé):
1.Guests have appropriate cutlery before each course is presented.
在服務(wù)每道菜之前,為客人準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)的餐具。
2.Ask guests if satisfied after each course and if anything additional is needed.
服務(wù)后詢問其是否滿意,并詢問客人是否有其他需要。
3.Follow up any guest questions or queries immediately and if you don’t know the answer, check with your Supervisor/Manager.
滿足客人的各項(xiàng)要求,如不能馬上答復(fù)客人,請與經(jīng)理聯(lián)系。
4.When passing by guest tables, check if they require service.
經(jīng)過餐桌時(shí)需要確認(rèn)客人是否有任何需要。
5.Smile & wish all guests a nice greeting as they enter & exit the restaurant, even if they are not designated to your section.
在客人進(jìn)入或離開餐廳是都報(bào)以微笑與問候,無論其是否在自己的服務(wù)區(qū)內(nèi)。
6.Ensure service standards per TBS checklist are being achieved.
確保達(dá)到TBS檢查表中涉及的各項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
7.You feel confident with TBS checklist on complaint handling.
以TBS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為基本準(zhǔn)則處理客人投訴。
8.Make sure all areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedures.
嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行服務(wù)程序,確保所有服務(wù)設(shè)施的清潔與完備。
9.Positively end the guests experience by checking satisfaction.
在客人用餐接近尾聲的時(shí)候,詢問客人對用餐是否滿意。
10.All guests check must be presented promptly on request with a feedback form & brochure.
在客人結(jié)帳時(shí),賬單要與客人滿意程度調(diào)查及其他宣傳單一起放在賬單夾中。
11.Assist with guest coats and bags.
幫客人取回外套及背包。
12.Thank all guests and wish them a pleasant day.

13.Understanding relevant OH&S legislation & the implications on the operation of the department.
