崗位職責/職位描述

工作職責：
1. To ensure that all the plumbing equipment of the Hotel running smoothly, if some problem can not be solve at once, report to the supervisor, the supervisor should arrange staff to solve at the first time and report to Chief Engineer.
確保大廈各機械管道設備如各泵房、各水池。各種閥門、管道、下水道、洗手間、茶水間等設備的正常運作，如發現上述設備有毛病，不能正常工作或有噪音、振動、泄漏、氣味等又不能馬上排除的，要及時向主管工程師報告；主管應報告給工程總監并組織人員排除，把情況及時匯報總監。
2. Plumber on duty should check equipment and make record of equipment running.
當班機管設備運行工要按規定時間、順序路線、巡查管轄的設備，并如實做好運行記錄及到各點簽到。
3. Plumber on duty should make full preparation, when receive the maintenance order, take action quickly and report to captain or supervisor after done.
當班維修工要隨時清點好個人工具，接到工程任務或維修單后，立即趕到現場盡快完成，并隨時匯報主管或領班。
4. Expect daily repairing work, to ensure that all preventive work are well done according to schedule and instructions.
除每天維修和運行工作外，應按規定的設備保養項目表項目及內容，不得隨意改動，不準弄虛作假、偷工減料，按質按量完成設備保養計劃。
5. Write down the daily working on Log Book
每天須將日常的各項工作詳細記錄在值班簿。
6. Keep clean of the working area.
保持設備及工作地區的潔凈。
7. Pay more attention to the fire－fighting system, emergence exits, check and record. To ensure that fire－fighting valves are open.
落實所有防火措施，緊急出口門和相應的防火和作業安全措施。每班次都需檢查一次落薄簽認，特別保證防火水閘處于常開狀態，并掛牌標明。
8. Staff cannot leave the working post without Chief Engineer’s approval.
工作時間沒有工程總監允許，不得擅自離開崗位和酒店。
9. The staff should make a working report monthly and forward to supervisor check and file.
每月份由領班做出工作匯總報告，并交主管工程存查。
10. Give good suggesting on work anytime.
隨時出有益、有建設性的意見。

任職資格：
1. More than 1 year of the same position experience.
具有1年以上同崗位工作經驗。
2.Experienced in repair and maintenance of steam, gas, water, sewage pipe work, chiller sets, boiler, laundry, kitchen installations.
具備維修蒸汽，天然氣，水，排水管道，制冷機，鍋爐，洗衣房，廚房設備的經驗.
3.Electrical and mechanic knowledge.
具備電和機械方面的知識，有高壓電工證。
4. Good professional habits. Integrity.
具有良好的工作習慣、較高的職業素養與道德。
5.Basis Mechanical & Electrical knowledge.
掌握初級機械和電力方面的知識。
