崗位職責/職位描述

工作職責:
1. Understanding relevant OH&S legislation & the implications on the operation of the department.

2. Understands and knows how to anticipate the needs of the guests. Puts his self in position to get feedbacks from guests.

7. Having detailed knowledge of Departmental Standards. Being able to explain the Standards to the team.

26. Setting and agreeing to departmental objectives for self and team. Representing the needs of the team to others in the hotel.

27. Keeping the team up-to-date about departmental, hotel and company activities through regular communication meetings & memos. This includes special events and promotions in the restaurant.

28. Involving the team in developing action plans to contribute in achieving operational objectives in line with strategy.

任職資格:
1. At least 5 year professional experience beyond the degree
具有至少五年的餐飲相關工作經驗。
2.Working experience in similar five star international chain hotel is preferred.
具有同等國際連鎖星級酒店工作經驗者優先。
