Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou
Suzhou Shangri-La hotel is the first international luxury chain hotel in Suzhou New District(SND), which is located in the highest building of SND. The hotel has 390 luxury rooms and suites, 20 service apartments with private kitchens. Hotel has variety cuisine dinning area - Chinese Restaurant Shang Palace, Western Restaurant Café Soo, Japanese cuisine restaurant Nishimura and hotel lobby lounge. The multi-function room and the large banquet ball room as well as the well-equipped fitness center are all been offered to our customers.
We are looking for a Front Office Manager
As a Front Office Manager, we rely on you to
Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
Lead the team and maintain a high standard of service
Maintain the team performance and process flow
Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times
Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies
We are looking for someone who:
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Enjoys interacting with people
Fully understands room operations
Has previous experience in a similar capacity, preferably from a luxury hotel
Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
Has high proficiency in both written and verbal English (and the local language)
Has strong interpersonal skills
Continuously looks for ways to develop themselves as well as others
Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
Has no fear of new challenge
