崗位職責
1.負責餐飲部員工的崗位業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)，督促各崗位抓好培訓(xùn)工作、提高全員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)。
2.檢查各類用具的破損丟失情況，將各項易耗品費用降到最低點。
3.督促廚師長做好食品衛(wèi)生成本核算、食品價格等工作，定期研究新菜加以推廣、提高食品的出成率及邊腳料的利用率， 最大限度盈得利潤。
4.發(fā)展良好的賓客關(guān)系，滿足賓客特殊需求，處理各類賓客投訴。
5.制定、推行和監(jiān)督本部門的各項管理制度。6.在餐飲總監(jiān)的帶領(lǐng)下，完成中西餐廳的預(yù)算，做好日常節(jié)令及產(chǎn)品銷售工作。
7.負責VIP接待的組織實施工作。
8.負責中西餐廳的日常資產(chǎn)管理及安全管理工作。
9.完成上級臨時交辦的其它工作。
崗位要求
1.大專以上學歷或同等文化程度。
2.有10年以上的酒店管理經(jīng)驗，掌握餐飲各部門的崗位職責和工作程序。
3.具有強烈的事業(yè)心和責任感及高尚的職業(yè)道德。
4.身體健康，儀表端莊大方，氣質(zhì)高雅。
5.能夠根據(jù)市場變化和客人的需求，及時調(diào)整餐飲經(jīng)營策略，善于組織和開展各種食品展銷活動。
6.具有酒店預(yù)算管理知識，能編制餐飲預(yù)算。
