崗位職責
1.督導會計部、成本控制部的業務操作。
2.起草各種管理制度，落實各有關制度。
3.協助財務總監編寫年度財務預算。
4.負責酒店的財產管理。
5.檢查各種財務報告的及時、正確性，向財務總監呈報會計報表。
6.檢查各項稅金的上繳，加強與財政部門的業務聯系，協調外部關系，取得有關信息。
7.配合各級外部審計查賬工作，審核檢查所有對外編報的數據及財務報表，確保無誤方可報出。
崗位要求
1.財務管理、會計、金融相關專業、大專及以上學歷，中級以上會計師職稱。
2.具有3年以上財務負責人工作經驗，8年以上四星級及以上財務崗位工作經驗，熟悉酒店財務管理模式。
3.具有豐富的酒店財務管理、營運分析、成本控制的經驗和技巧。
4.熟練運用會計電算化，熟練使用ERP財務軟件。
5.工作細致、嚴謹，具有較強的工作熱情和責任感。
6.良好中英文書寫和口頭表達能力，優秀的溝通、分析能力，對酒店忠誠度高。
