崗位職責：
（1）對餐飲部主管負責，執(zhí)行主管的工作指令，并向其匯報工作。
（2）享有領(lǐng)班之規(guī)定職權(quán)，負責現(xiàn)場管理和督導(dǎo)所屬區(qū)域員工工作，以身作則帶領(lǐng)員工按照餐廳服務(wù)工作規(guī)范和質(zhì)量要求，做好本區(qū)域清潔衛(wèi)生及接待服務(wù)工作。
（3）現(xiàn)場檢查、督導(dǎo)禮節(jié)禮貌、儀容儀表、考勤考紀、衛(wèi)生等工作質(zhì)量及開餐的準備工作。做好記錄并作出獎懲決定上報主管。
（4）熟練掌握散臺、包房及宴會服務(wù)程序及操作規(guī)范，在餐中隨時協(xié)助服務(wù)員完成服務(wù)工作并及時對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題予以糾正和指導(dǎo)。
（5）熟練掌握酒店服務(wù)項目及餐廳出品的詳細情況。帶領(lǐng)本區(qū)員工做好酒水、菜肴等酒店產(chǎn)品的推銷工作，并協(xié)助處理疑難問題。
（6）負責本區(qū)物料用品的領(lǐng)用，發(fā)放和耗損、報帳工作。定期檢查和清點本區(qū)域的各種設(shè)備、財產(chǎn)、物品，保完好無損。
（7）協(xié)助主管開好班前例會和營業(yè)碰頭會，合理分配員工工作，定區(qū)、定人、定崗、定責，吃苦耐勞，關(guān)心員工思想和生活狀況，做好帶頭作用樹立良好榜樣。
（8）貫徹執(zhí)行班組會議制度：
1 傳達上級工作指令及質(zhì)量要求，總結(jié)服務(wù)工作中的不足及違紀現(xiàn)象，表揚先進，糾正不足，并上報獎懲決定。
2 檢查儀容儀表、考勤紀律。
3 預(yù)訂通報、菜肴培訓(xùn)及工作安排。
4 上傳下達，協(xié)調(diào)部門、班組及員工之間的配合和團結(jié)。
（9）接受并協(xié)助主管的培訓(xùn)工作，帶領(lǐng)員工不斷提高業(yè)務(wù)技能綜合素質(zhì)。（10）負責本區(qū)布草送洗，接收及發(fā)放保管工作。完成上級交辦的其他工作
