1.協助西餐經理，檢查落實部門規章制度的執行情況和各項工作的完成情況。
2.安排、帶領、督促、檢查員工做好營業前的各項準備工作；
3.檢查當班服務員的工作著裝及個人儀態儀表。
4.作好每位員工的考勤排休工作，嚴格把關，不徇私情。
5.合理安排餐廳服務人員的工作，督促服務員做好服務和清潔衛生工作。
6.隨時注意餐廳就餐人員動態和服務情況，要在現場進行指揮，遇有VIP客人或舉行重要會議，要認真檢查餐前準備工作和餐桌擺放是否符合標準，并親自上臺服務，以確保服務的高水準。
7.加強與客人的溝通，了解客人對飯菜的意見，了解客人情緒，妥善處理客人的投訴，并及時向經理反映。
