1、? 協(xié)助餐廳經(jīng)理不斷改進完善工作標準和服務(wù)程序，并督導實施。
2、? 召開班前例會負責本班組服務(wù)員的工作任務(wù)分配，檢查本班組對客準備、服務(wù)及收市情況。
3、? 負責向經(jīng)理和廚師長反饋客人對食品、服務(wù)方面的信息。
4、? 對重要客人給予關(guān)注，負責處理餐廳里發(fā)生的問題和客人投訴，并及時向餐廳經(jīng)理匯報。
5、? 定期檢查、清點、保管餐廳的設(shè)備、餐具、布草等物品，負責簽署設(shè)備維修、物品領(lǐng)用等報告單。
6、? 督促員工做好餐廳安全和清潔衛(wèi)生工作，開餐前檢查餐臺擺臺、清潔衛(wèi)生、餐廳用品供應(yīng)及設(shè)施設(shè)備的完好情況。
7、? 協(xié)助經(jīng)理做好對服務(wù)員的培訓工作及對員工進行考核。
8、? 負責餐廳工作人員調(diào)配、班次安排和員工考勤、考核，保證在規(guī)定的營業(yè)時間內(nèi)，各服務(wù)點上都有崗、有人、有服務(wù)。
9、? 堅持讓客人完全滿意的服務(wù)宗旨，加強服務(wù)現(xiàn)場管理，檢查和督導餐廳員工的崗位業(yè)務(wù)培訓。
10、?????? 了解和掌握員工思想狀況，做好思想政治工作，抓好班組文明建設(shè)。
