崗位職責
1、負責主持樓面服務工作，服從餐飲總監和上級領導的安排。對本部門各項工作有計劃的安排、檢查、督導、協調、考核下屬工作。確保完成酒店各項經營指標。各項工作規范性、程序化、標準化、制度化。
2、主持本樓面的工作例會，聽取匯報，督促工作建設，提高工作質量、工作效率，及時調整、協調各部門的工作，及時發現解決工作中存在的問題。
3、根據市場情況和季節變化，了解賓客需求及時將信息反饋給廚師長，并配合廚房擬定菜肴回復計劃。控制物品標準規格和要求，滿足市場供應。
4、負責要求和監督各崗位執行各項規章制度，負責樓面范圍的衛生，對餐廳環境及餐廳衛生負有領導責任，負責本部門的消防安全和質量管理工作。
5、注重現場管理，安排大型團體宴會并接待好VIP客人，妥善處理客人的投訴。
6、負責督促各部門保持設備整潔完好和正確使用，家強餐具價值易耗品的費用控制，制定餐具管理賠償制度，節約費用成本。
7、建立良好的公共關系，加強溝通，廣泛收集賓客及其他部門的意見，總結經驗糾正錯誤，不斷改進工作。
8、審閱每天業務報表，掌握當日客情預定，資源準備及廚房準備工作，了解當日的重要客情，以及賓客的有關情況和特殊要求，認真組織安排各項當前準備工作。
9、協助配合本部門員工的專業節能培訓及日常的質量管理工作，提高全面綜合素質。
10、做好思想政治工作，抓好本樓面精神文明建設，宣傳企業文化，關心員工生活，增強企業凝聚力，獎罰分明，激發員工工作的積極性，更好的開展工作。
11、協調本部門與其他部門的關系，做好總監和總經理交辦的其他工作。
