崗位職責
1、督辦、檢查各部門對上級指示和高管級會議決議的貫徹執行。
2、起草酒店行政文件，對系統間發文做好法律審核。
3、做好總經理和各部門的信息傳遞工作。
4、負責酒店高管層、系統間會議及其他重大會議、活動的會務工作。
5、組織記載酒店大事記，編撰酒店企業文化工作。
6、收集、整理酒店內外的反饋信息及合理化建議。
7、組織做好酒店印鑒、介紹信使用保管、函電收發和報刊征訂分發工作。
8、負責掌印，合理合法使用酒店印信，辦理相關證件。9、負責集團各子公司行政協調工作，負責總經理辦公室、總裁辦公室相關日常事務。
10、負責員工餐廳、后勤保障區域的日常管理工作。
11、負責酒店外圍行政接待及協調等事務工作。
12、負責酒店總經理日常各類對內外稿件的起草工作。
13、完成領導交辦的其它相關事項。
崗位要求
1、全日制本科以上以上文化程度, 具有酒店行政方面工作經驗。能熟悉掌握一門外語。
2、掌握酒店經營管理一般知識，熟悉酒店秘書工作和行政管理知識。
3、掌握應用文撰寫方法，懂得商務接待禮儀、禮節。
4、了解旅游法規及有關經濟法規和政策，熟悉外事紀律。
5、能處理一般的文件、函電和資料，具有較好的協調、接待工作能力。
6、有較好的文字組織能力，能撰寫各類應用文稿及計劃、總結、報告等。任職資格：
1、限男性，形象較好，語言表達能力、溝通能力較好。
2、勤快，反應機敏，身體健康，會駕駛，有良好的個人生活習慣。
3、具有5年以上辦公室崗位工作經驗，2年以上同崗位工作經驗。
