崗位職責(zé)：
? ? ? ?1.在西廚廚師長(zhǎng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，按菜式規(guī)定，烹制各種菜式，保證出品質(zhì)量。
? ? ? ?2.按西廚廚師長(zhǎng)廚分工，完成大型宴會(huì)、酒會(huì)的菜品制作任務(wù)。
? ? ? ?3 .熟悉飲食的工作規(guī)范和要求，掌握配菜的各種操作技術(shù)的質(zhì)量要求。
? ? ? ?4.能按工作規(guī)范和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求獨(dú)立進(jìn)行工作，并有相應(yīng)的技術(shù)等級(jí)。
? ? ? ?5.工作有責(zé)任心，做事認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)。
