5．負(fù)責(zé)所在衛(wèi)生區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生，并管理和保養(yǎng)好區(qū)域的設(shè)備及用具。
6．對(duì)蒸制技術(shù)精益求精。
7．服從廚師長(zhǎng)的管理及要求，積極參加各類會(huì)議、培訓(xùn)及酒店組織的活動(dòng)。
8．按操作工藝要求蒸制各種零點(diǎn)、宴會(huì)的菜肴。
9．收檔品做好本崗位的衛(wèi)生、安全檢查管理工作。
10．遵守安全操作規(guī)程，服從酒店調(diào)度與安排，完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的臨時(shí)性工作。

素質(zhì)要求：具有良好的人品身體健康，穩(wěn)重可靠，觀察敏銳，有敬業(yè)精神和務(wù)實(shí)的工作作風(fēng)，善于溝通。
能力要求：善于菜品創(chuàng)新 員工培訓(xùn) 食品安全 消防隱患 成本管控。接受過系統(tǒng)的烹飪專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)。
年齡要求：30-48歲
