作,對業(yè)務(wù)精益求精，工作認真，一絲不茍。
3、接受過餐飲業(yè)的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，具備一級以上廚師資格證書，熟知餐飲業(yè)各種原材料的產(chǎn)地和
季節(jié)特點,善于鑒別菜品的品質(zhì)和口味。
4、精通各種面點的制作方法，熟練的掌握各種面食技巧，廣泛的面點制度知識
5、堂握食品原料學(xué).亨飪學(xué)、食品營養(yǎng)衛(wèi)生等方面的知識。
6熟悉餐飲生產(chǎn)的全過程，掌握管轄區(qū)域內(nèi)各崗位的崗位職責(zé)和工作程序，善于安排各個環(huán)
節(jié)的工作。
7熟悉指導(dǎo)和激勵下屬員工工作和評估員工工作表現(xiàn)，有效編制本崗位員工的培訓(xùn)計劃。
