崗位職責/職位描述
- Provide prompt, efficient andcourteous services to guests, members and visitors
- 向客人、會員和來訪者提供及時、高效和禮貌的服務。
- Maintain Health Club facilitiesaccording to set standards of order and cleanliness
- 按照既定次序和清潔標準來維護健身俱樂部設施。
- Report repairs and maintenanceproblems to supervisor
- 向主管匯報維修和保養問題。
- Familiarize yourself withfacilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information inorder to provide guest with accurate information
- 熟悉酒店的設施、活動、設備、服務和其它相關情況，以便向客人提供準確信息。?
- Be knowledgeable about allhotel facilities in order to promote and sell them to guests
- 熟知酒店所有設施，以便向客人進行推銷。
- Ensure guests amenities,towels, linen and other guests needs have ample supply
- 確保充分供應客人的用品、毛巾、布草等。
- Follow hotel procedures inrelation to pool towel issue and retrieval
- 遵守酒店關于泳池毛巾的發放和回收的工作程序。
- Liaise with inter-facingdepartments such as Laundry, Housekeeping and Engineering to provide greatservice
- 與關聯部門，如洗衣房、客房部和工程部進行溝通，以向客人提供上乘服務。
- Conduct activities and servicesfor guest, members and registered children while giving proper instruction andsafety reminders
- 為客人、會員和已登記的兒童開展活動與服務，對其做相關說明并提醒其注意安全。
- Abide by rules and regulationsand policies and procedures of hotel
- 遵守酒店的各項規章制度、政策和工作程序。
- Conduct regular inspections ofpool grounds to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
- 對游泳池進行定期視察，以確保其達到清潔標準。
- Apply correct charges to guestsand visitors where applicable for use of pool, spa and gym, and post to roombill in accordance with procedure?
- 就游泳池、Spa和體育館的使用向客人和來訪者正確收費，并按照工作程序將費用計入房間帳單。
