職位描述

. To organize the administrative facilities of the Security Department.
2. Assist in the day to day record keeping of the department activities. To safeguard the Security Manager’s confidential files from access by others.
3. Responsible for typing /copying reports, memos, facsimiles and routine correspondence as directed by the Security Manager or his delegate
4. Responsible for taking minutes of meetings, typing and distribution of same
5. Prepares stationery requirements / requisitions and keeps control of all stationery
6. Responsible for maintaining trace file, follow up file and arranging appointments, for the Security Manager.
7. Responsible for maintaining an updated filing system in the Security Department.
8. Keep an accurate log of accident report and safety report received and completed.
9. Responsible to keep a file of “Backed Up” computer diskettes
10. To be responsible for the safe evacuation of important documentation /diskettes in the event of an emergency.
11. Responsible for the office space being clean and tidy at all times
12. Responsible for compliance with the Hotels Health and Safety Policy.
13. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
14. To maintain strict confidentiality
15. Reports to the Security Manager or in his absence, the Assistant Security Manager
16. Interacts and cooperates with others in the Security Department.
17. Interacts and cooperates with other departments as appropriate.
18. To adhere to all the established polices, procedures and regulations in Security
19. Perform other duties as may request by Security Manager.
20. Report completed on time attendance.

15.向保安部經理匯報,在保安部經理外出時,向助理保安部經理匯報
16.和保安部其他員工進行溝通合作
17.適當地和其他部門進行溝通合作。
18.在安保方面必須按照已有標準,程序和規定執行。
19.按照保安部經理要求完成其它工作
20.按時完成考勤報表
