7、即時解決系統故障使之正常運行。
8、防止未被批準的任何人員使用系統。
9、解答有關業務的詢問,解決操作上的困難。
10、向上級報告操作程序和了解發生的問題,討論可行的辦法,保障系統的正常操作。
11、有控臺技術、控臺經驗、能熟知調音臺各項功能者優先考慮。
