崗位職責:
您的職責是在遵循凱悅國際酒店集團的企業戰略及品牌標準的前提下,保持所在部門的高效營運,并滿足員工、客人及酒店業主的期望。 遵循餐廳的經營理念及凱悅國際酒店集團的標準來管理指定廚房,使之成為獨立的盈利中心,并在嚴格按預算范圍經營的同時,最大程度地提高顧客滿意度,確保餐廳的盈利。You will be responsible for?the efficient running of?the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and?brand standards, whilst meeting?employee, guest and owner expectations To manage the assigned kitchen as an independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
崗位要求:
擁有至少兩年在酒店或高級餐廳、最好是國際豪華品牌擔任廚師長或副廚師長的工作經驗;有廚房操作或管理資格證書者更佳;必須全面掌握廚房衛生操作、職業健康和安全標準方面的知識;有MS Office 和菜品配方維護系統的基本知識者優先。Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.? Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
