【崗位職責】
1、每天檢查各區域日常工作并向部門負責人匯報。
2、檢查各區域主管制訂的工作計劃。
3、如需要可向部門負責人提出建議，就有關人員及設備問題提出申請。
4、掌握住客情況和房態，抽查客房，檢查VIP房間，不定期拜訪長住客，探訪生病賓客。
5、檢查所有公共區域的衛生，并保證干凈和工作正常。
6、負責所有可租房隨時保持隨時可入住狀態。
7、接受部門負責人布置的額外工作，并組織部門主管進行衛生檢查，做好檢查記錄。
8、監督樓面和客房中心的盤點工作。
【崗位要求】
1、有3年以上客房管理工作經驗。
2、熟悉本部門專業知識，熟練使用電腦。
3、身體健康，相貌端正。
4、受過專業培訓；并且能力出眾者。
計算機能力：良好年齡要求：30-45歲
