1. 運營與服務管理 / Operations & Service Management
監督餐廳的日常運營,確保從開業到閉店的所有環節順暢、高效、符合標準。
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all procedures from opening to closing run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with standards.
制定并執行服務標準與流程,確保所有服務員提供專業、一致、熱情的意式服務。
Develop and implement service standards and procedures, ensuring all waitstaff deliver professional, consistent, and warm Italian-style service.
管理餐廳預訂、座位安排及客流,優化翻臺率與賓客體驗。
Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow to optimize table turnover rate and guest experience.
處理營業期間的突發事件及客人投訴,迅速有效地解決問題。
Handle emergencies and guest complaints during operating hours, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
確保餐廳環境、設施、餐具及擺臺始終符合品牌形象與衛生安全規定。
Ensure the restaurant environment, facilities, tableware, and settings consistently meet brand image and health & safety regulations.
2. 團隊領導與培訓 / Team Leadership & Training
定期組織服務技能、產品知識(意式菜肴、葡萄酒、飲品)及銷售技巧培訓。
Conduct regular training sessions on service skills, product knowledge (Italian cuisine, wines, beverages), and sales techniques.
主持班前例會,傳達運營信息、每日特色及服務重點。
Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate operational updates, daily specials, and service priorities.
激勵團隊士氣,營造積極、協作的工作氛圍,并提供職業發展指導。
Motivate team morale, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and provide career development guidance.
3. 品質控制與廚房協作 / Quality Control & Kitchen Collaboration
與主廚及廚房團隊緊密協作,確保菜品出品質量、速度與呈現符合標準。
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure the quality, speed, and presentation of food meet standards.
監督菜肴傳菜流程,確保傳遞準確、及時、溫度適宜。
Supervise the food running process to ensure accurate, timely delivery at appropriate temperatures.
收集并分析顧客對食品與服務的反饋,與廚房及團隊溝通以持續改進。
Collect and analyze customer feedback on food and service, communicating with the kitchen and team for continuous improvement.
協助管理食材與酒水庫存,參與菜單研發與推廣活動的策劃。
Assist in managing food and beverage inventory, and participate in menu development and promotional activity planning.
4. 客戶關系管理 / Guest Relationship Management
主動與客人互動,特別是??图癡IP,建立并維護良好的客戶關系。
Proactively interact with guests, especially regulars and VIPs, to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
確保顧客滿意度,通過個性化服務提升賓客忠誠度與復購率。
Ensure guest satisfaction and enhance loyalty and repeat business through personalized service.
管理社交媒體或點評平臺上的顧客評價,及時、專業地回應。
Manage and respond to customer reviews on social media or review platforms in a timely and professional manner.
5. 行政與財務管理 / Administrative & Financial Duties
協助餐廳經理完成營業報告、排班表、庫存盤點等行政工作。
Assist the Restaurant Manager with administrative tasks such as sales reports, scheduling, and inventory counts.
監督日常收銀操作、賬單準確性與現金管理。
Oversee daily cashier operations, billing accuracy, and cash handling.
協助控制運營成本,包括人力成本、物料損耗等。
Assist in controlling operational costs, including labor and material wastage.
參與制定并執行銷售與促銷計劃,以達成收入目標。
Participate in developing and implementing sales and promotional plans to achieve revenue targets.
任職要求 / Key Requirements
具備餐飲管理或相關領域經驗,有意大利餐廳經驗者優先。
Experience in F&B management or a related field, preferably within an Italian restaurant.
出色的領導力、溝通能力和人際交往技巧。
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
豐富的意式餐飲知識,包括菜肴、葡萄酒及服務文化。
Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, including food, wine, and service culture.
良好的財務意識與成本控制能力。
Good financial acumen and cost-control abilities.
能在高壓環境下工作,適應輪班(包括晚間、周末及節假日)。
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shift work (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
熟練掌握餐廳管理系統及辦公軟件。
Proficient in restaurant management systems and office software.
流利的中英文溝通能力。
Fluent in Chinese and English communication.
