職位描述

1. 運營與服務(wù)管理 / Operations & Service Management
監(jiān)督餐廳的日常運營,確保從開業(yè)到閉店的所有環(huán)節(jié)順暢、高效、符合標準。
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all procedures from opening to closing run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with standards.
制定并執(zhí)行服務(wù)標準與流程,確保所有服務(wù)員提供專業(yè)、一致、熱情的意式服務(wù)。
Develop and implement service standards and procedures, ensuring all waitstaff deliver professional, consistent, and warm Italian-style service.
管理餐廳預(yù)訂、座位安排及客流,優(yōu)化翻臺率與賓客體驗。
Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow to optimize table turnover rate and guest experience.
處理營業(yè)期間的突發(fā)事件及客人投訴,迅速有效地解決問題。
Handle emergencies and guest complaints during operating hours, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
確保餐廳環(huán)境、設(shè)施、餐具及擺臺始終符合品牌形象與衛(wèi)生安全規(guī)定。
Ensure the restaurant environment, facilities, tableware, and settings consistently meet brand image and health & safety regulations.

2. 團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與培訓(xùn) / Team Leadership & Training
定期組織服務(wù)技能、產(chǎn)品知識(意式菜肴、葡萄酒、飲品)及銷售技巧培訓(xùn)。
Conduct regular training sessions on service skills, product knowledge (Italian cuisine, wines, beverages), and sales techniques.
主持班前例會,傳達運營信息、每日特色及服務(wù)重點。
Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate operational updates, daily specials, and service priorities.
激勵團隊士氣,營造積極、協(xié)作的工作氛圍,并提供職業(yè)發(fā)展指導(dǎo)。
Motivate team morale, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and provide career development guidance.

3. 品質(zhì)控制與廚房協(xié)作 / Quality Control & Kitchen Collaboration
與主廚及廚房團隊緊密協(xié)作,確保菜品出品質(zhì)量、速度與呈現(xiàn)符合標準。
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure the quality, speed, and presentation of food meet standards.
監(jiān)督菜肴傳菜流程,確保傳遞準確、及時、溫度適宜。
Supervise the food running process to ensure accurate, timely delivery at appropriate temperatures.
收集并分析顧客對食品與服務(wù)的反饋,與廚房及團隊溝通以持續(xù)改進。
Collect and analyze customer feedback on food and service, communicating with the kitchen and team for continuous improvement.

協(xié)助餐廳經(jīng)理完成營業(yè)報告、排班表、庫存盤點等行政工作。
Assist the Restaurant Manager with administrative tasks such as sales reports, scheduling, and inventory counts.
監(jiān)督日常收銀操作、賬單準確性與現(xiàn)金管理。
Oversee daily cashier operations, billing accuracy, and cash handling.
協(xié)助控制運營成本,包括人力成本、物料損耗等。
Assist in controlling operational costs, including labor and material wastage.
參與制定并執(zhí)行銷售與促銷計劃,以達成收入目標。
Participate in developing and implementing sales and promotional plans to achieve revenue targets.

任職要求 / Key Requirements
具備餐飲管理或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗,有意大利餐廳經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Experience in F&B management or a related field, preferably within an Italian restaurant.
出色的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、溝通能力和人際交往技巧。
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
豐富的意式餐飲知識,包括菜肴、葡萄酒及服務(wù)文化。
Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, including food, wine, and service culture.
良好的財務(wù)意識與成本控制能力。
Good financial acumen and cost-control abilities.
能在高壓環(huán)境下工作,適應(yīng)輪班(包括晚間、周末及節(jié)假日)。
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shift work (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
熟練掌握餐廳管理系統(tǒng)及辦公軟件。
