銷售目標(biāo)與客戶開(kāi)發(fā)協(xié)助制定并執(zhí)行宴會(huì)銷售的月度、季度及年度計(jì)劃,努力達(dá)成既定的收入與客房/場(chǎng)地產(chǎn)能目標(biāo)。主動(dòng)開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶市場(chǎng)(如企業(yè)、協(xié)會(huì)、社交活動(dòng)、婚宴市場(chǎng)),并通過(guò)電話銷售、網(wǎng)絡(luò)推廣、商務(wù)拜訪及行業(yè)活動(dòng)等方式拓展業(yè)務(wù)。維護(hù)并深化與現(xiàn)有重點(diǎn)客戶及合作機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)系,提升客戶忠誠(chéng)度與復(fù)購(gòu)率。Sales Targets & Client DevelopmentAssist in formulating and executing monthly, quarterly, and annual catering sales plans, striving to achieve set revenue and room/venue capacity targets.Proactively develop new client markets (e.g., corporate, associations, social events, wedding market) and expand business through telemarketing, online promotion, business visits, and industry events.Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key accounts and partner agencies to enhance client loyalty and repeat business.活動(dòng)咨詢與方案策劃專業(yè)地接待客戶咨詢,詳細(xì)了解客戶的活動(dòng)需求、預(yù)算及預(yù)期。協(xié)同餐飲、廚房及會(huì)議服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì),為客戶量身定制專業(yè)的宴會(huì)及會(huì)議方案(包括場(chǎng)地布置、菜單設(shè)計(jì)、AV設(shè)備、服務(wù)流程及報(bào)價(jià))。準(zhǔn)備并呈現(xiàn)精美的活動(dòng)提案書、合同及活動(dòng)訂單(BEO)。Event Consultation & Proposal PlanningProfessionally handle client inquiries, gaining a detailed understanding of their event requirements, budget, and expectations.Collaborate with the Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Conference Services teams to create customized, professional banquet and meeting proposals for clients (including venue setup, menu design, AV equipment, service flow, and quotations).Prepare and present polished event proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).合同談判與預(yù)訂管理負(fù)責(zé)與客戶進(jìn)行合同條款、價(jià)格及付款方式的談判,在授權(quán)范圍內(nèi)最終確認(rèn)預(yù)訂。確保所有預(yù)訂信息、特殊要求及財(cái)務(wù)條款準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤地錄入酒店管理系統(tǒng)(如Opera, Delphi)。定期更新并管理銷售漏斗,準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)活動(dòng)收入。Contract Negotiation & Booking ManagementNegotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment methods with clients, finalizing bookings within authorized limits.Ensure all booking information, special requests, and financial terms are accurately entered into the hotel's management system (e.g., Opera, Delphi).Regularly update and manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting event revenue.內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)與活動(dòng)跟進(jìn)作為客戶與酒店運(yùn)營(yíng)部門(餐飲、廚房、前臺(tái)、工程、財(cái)務(wù)等)之間的主要溝通橋梁。在活動(dòng)籌備及執(zhí)行期間,與宴會(huì)服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密協(xié)作,確保客戶要求得到充分理解與落實(shí),及時(shí)處理變更需求。協(xié)助監(jiān)督重要活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行,確保服務(wù)與出品符合銷售承諾與客戶期望。Internal Coordination & Event Follow-upAct as the primary communication bridge between clients and hotel operational departments (F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, Engineering, Finance, etc.).Work closely with the Banquet Service team during event preparation and execution to ensure client requirements are fully understood and implemented, handling change requests promptly.Assist in supervising the on-site execution of key events to ensure services and outputs meet sales commitments and client expectations.行政、分析與團(tuán)隊(duì)支持準(zhǔn)備并提交準(zhǔn)確的銷售報(bào)告、活動(dòng)預(yù)測(cè)及市場(chǎng)分析。維護(hù)并更新客戶檔案數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),確保信息的完整性與時(shí)效性。協(xié)助培訓(xùn)及指導(dǎo)銷售協(xié)調(diào)員或初級(jí)銷售人員。完成上級(jí)指派的其他相關(guān)行政及協(xié)作任務(wù)。Administration, Analysis & Team SupportPrepare and submit accurate sales reports, event forecasts, and market analysis.Maintain and update the client database, ensuring information completeness and timeliness.Assist in training and guiding Catering Sales Coordinators or junior sales staff.Complete other relevant administrative and collaborative tasks assigned by supervisors.
