銷售目標與客戶開發協助制定并執行宴會銷售的月度、季度及年度計劃,努力達成既定的收入與客房/場地產能目標。主動開發新客戶市場(如企業、協會、社交活動、婚宴市場),并通過電話銷售、網絡推廣、商務拜訪及行業活動等方式拓展業務。維護并深化與現有重點客戶及合作機構的關系,提升客戶忠誠度與復購率。Sales Targets & Client DevelopmentAssist in formulating and executing monthly, quarterly, and annual catering sales plans, striving to achieve set revenue and room/venue capacity targets.Proactively develop new client markets (e.g., corporate, associations, social events, wedding market) and expand business through telemarketing, online promotion, business visits, and industry events.Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key accounts and partner agencies to enhance client loyalty and repeat business.活動咨詢與方案策劃專業地接待客戶咨詢,詳細了解客戶的活動需求、預算及預期。協同餐飲、廚房及會議服務團隊,為客戶量身定制專業的宴會及會議方案(包括場地布置、菜單設計、AV設備、服務流程及報價)。準備并呈現精美的活動提案書、合同及活動訂單(BEO)。Event Consultation & Proposal PlanningProfessionally handle client inquiries, gaining a detailed understanding of their event requirements, budget, and expectations.Collaborate with the Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Conference Services teams to create customized, professional banquet and meeting proposals for clients (including venue setup, menu design, AV equipment, service flow, and quotations).Prepare and present polished event proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).合同談判與預訂管理負責與客戶進行合同條款、價格及付款方式的談判,在授權范圍內最終確認預訂。確保所有預訂信息、特殊要求及財務條款準確無誤地錄入酒店管理系統(如Opera, Delphi)。定期更新并管理銷售漏斗,準確預測活動收入。Contract Negotiation & Booking ManagementNegotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment methods with clients, finalizing bookings within authorized limits.Ensure all booking information, special requests, and financial terms are accurately entered into the hotel's management system (e.g., Opera, Delphi).Regularly update and manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting event revenue.內部協調與活動跟進作為客戶與酒店運營部門(餐飲、廚房、前臺、工程、財務等)之間的主要溝通橋梁。在活動籌備及執行期間,與宴會服務團隊緊密協作,確保客戶要求得到充分理解與落實,及時處理變更需求。協助監督重要活動的現場執行,確保服務與出品符合銷售承諾與客戶期望。Internal Coordination & Event Follow-upAct as the primary communication bridge between clients and hotel operational departments (F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, Engineering, Finance, etc.).Work closely with the Banquet Service team during event preparation and execution to ensure client requirements are fully understood and implemented, handling change requests promptly.Assist in supervising the on-site execution of key events to ensure services and outputs meet sales commitments and client expectations.行政、分析與團隊支持準備并提交準確的銷售報告、活動預測及市場分析。維護并更新客戶檔案數據庫,確保信息的完整性與時效性。協助培訓及指導銷售協調員或初級銷售人員。完成上級指派的其他相關行政及協作任務。Administration, Analysis & Team SupportPrepare and submit accurate sales reports, event forecasts, and market analysis.Maintain and update the client database, ensuring information completeness and timeliness.Assist in training and guiding Catering Sales Coordinators or junior sales staff.Complete other relevant administrative and collaborative tasks assigned by supervisors.
