一、核心服務與賓客關系 Core Services & Guest Relations
為抵達及離店賓客提供熱情、專業的迎送服務,包括開車門、協助搬運行李等。Provide warm and professional welcoming and farewell services for arriving and departing guests, including opening car doors, assisting with luggage handling, etc.
主動問候賓客,了解其需求,提供準確的信息咨詢與指引(如酒店設施、本地交通、景點、餐廳等)。Proactively greet guests, understand their needs, and provide accurate information and directions (e.g., hotel facilities, local transportation, attractions, restaurants, etc.).
處理賓客的委托代辦事項(如預訂機票、車票、餐廳、出租車、遞送物品等),并跟進至完成。Handle guest concierge requests (e.g., booking air/train tickets, restaurants, taxis, delivering items, etc.) and follow through to completion.
管理賓客行李的寄存、提取與安全保管,確保流程準確無誤。Manage the storage, retrieval, and secure safekeeping of guest luggage, ensuring accurate procedures.
記錄并跟進賓客的特殊需求、偏好及投訴,及時協調相關部門解決,提升賓客滿意度。Record and follow up on guests' special requests, preferences, and complaints, promptly coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
二、交通協調與安全維護 Traffic Coordination & Security Maintenance
高效管理酒店入口處車輛交通秩序,確保通道暢通無阻。Efficiently manage vehicle traffic flow at the hotel entrance, ensuring unobstructed access.
為賓客召喚、安排出租車或其他交通工具,并協助賓客上下車。Hail and arrange taxis or other transportation for guests, and assist them with boarding and alighting.
協助維護酒店入口區域及大堂的秩序、安全與整潔。Assist in maintaining order, safety, and cleanliness at the hotel entrance area and lobby.
對可疑人員或情況保持警惕,及時向安保部門匯報。Remain vigilant regarding suspicious individuals or situations and report promptly to the security department.
三、信息管理與部門協作 Information Management & Departmental Collaboration
熟悉酒店所有服務設施、營業時間及促銷活動,并能清晰地向賓客介紹。Be thoroughly familiar with all hotel service facilities, operating hours, and promotional activities, and able to explain them clearly to guests.
準確記錄并傳遞賓客留言、郵件及包裹。Accurately record and deliver guest messages, mail, and parcels.
與前臺、客房部、餐飲部等其他部門保持密切溝通與合作,確保服務銜接順暢。Maintain close communication and cooperation with other departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service delivery.
完成上級交辦的其他相關工作。Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.
