一、核心職責 / Core Responsibilities
負責酒店日常安全保衛工作，包括巡邏、門崗值守、車輛引導等，維護酒店內外秩序。
Perform daily security duties including patrolling, gatekeeping, and vehicle guidance to maintain order inside and outside the hotel.
2.持有有效的CCTV監控系統操作證件，熟練操作監控設備，負責實時監控、錄像調取及異常情況記錄。
Possess valid CCTV operation certification, proficiently operate surveillance systems, conduct real-time monitoring, retrieve footage, and document incidents.
3.協助處理突發事件，如火災、醫療急救、治安事件等，并按照應急預案迅速響應。
Assist in handling emergencies such as fires, medical crises, or security incidents, responding promptly according to established protocols.
4.對進出酒店的人員、車輛進行登記、檢查與管理，確保符合安全規定。
Register, inspect, and manage personnel and vehicles entering/exiting the hotel to ensure compliance with security policies.
5.定期檢查消防設施、安全通道及其他安防設備，確保其完好有效。
Regularly inspect firefighting equipment, emergency exits, and other security devices to ensure functionality.
6.為客人及員工提供基本安全協助與指引，提升酒店安全服務體驗。
Provide basic safety assistance and guidance to guests and staff, enhancing the overall security service experience.
二、監控室職責（持CCTV證件側重） / CCTV Control Room Duties (CCTV Certification Focused)
24小時不間斷監控酒店各區域，及時發現并報告可疑行為或安全隱患。
Monitor all hotel areas 24/7, promptly identifying and reporting suspicious activities or safety risks.
2.按規定保存監控錄像資料，并確保數據安全與保密；配合相關部門調取證據。
Archive surveillance footage as required, ensuring data security and confidentiality; provide evidence retrieval support to relevant departments.
3.熟悉監控系統故障應急流程，能進行基礎設備維護與報修。
Familiar with emergency procedures for system failures; able to perform basic troubleshooting and report repairs.
三、協作與溝通 / Collaboration & Communication
與前臺、客房部等部門保持緊密溝通，協同處理安全問題。
Maintain close communication with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to address security issues collectively.
2.協助管理層完成安全培訓與演練，提升團隊應急能力。
Assist management in conducting safety training and drills to improve team emergency response capabilities.
四、任職要求 / Qualifications
具備保安從業資格證，持有效的CCTV操作證件者優先。
Valid security work permit; CCTV operation certification is preferred.
2.身體健康，責任心強，能適應輪班制工作。
Physically fit, responsible, and adaptable to shift work.
