一、核心工作職責 (I. Core Responsibilities)
1. 飲品調制與出品管理 (1. Beverage Preparation & Quality Control)
精準調制 (Precise Mixology): 嚴格按照指定配方并使用計量系統,為賓客準備各類酒精和非酒精飲品,確保每一杯出品都品質如一 。
Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems, ensuring consistent quality for every serving .
酒水服務 (Beverage Service): 負責葡萄酒/香檳的開瓶、醒酒及侍酒服務,確保服務流程專業優雅 。
Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles professionally and elegantly .
創新與趨勢 (Innovation & Trends): 時刻關注行業新趨勢、本地特色元素及賓客不斷變化的需求,積極參與酒單的創新與研發 。
Constantly be on the lookout for new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests' evolving needs; actively participate in the innovation and development of the beverage menu .
2. 卓越服務與賓客體驗 (2. Excellence in Service & Guest Experience)
熱情迎賓 (Warm Welcome): 按照麗思卡爾頓“黃金標準”,以專業、整潔的形象迎接和招呼所有賓客,預見并滿足他們的服務需求,真誠地向賓客致謝 。
Greet and acknowledge all guests with a professional and well-groomed appearance, following The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. Proactively anticipate and fulfill their service needs and express genuine gratitude .
打造云端體驗 (Creating the Rooftop Experience): 不僅關注吧臺內的操作,更主動與賓客互動,介紹特色飲品,分享飲品背后的故事,營造獨特的高空氛圍。
Go beyond bar operations to proactively engage with guests, introduce signature drinks, share stories behind the beverages, and cultivate a unique high-altitude atmosphere.
建立賓客關系 (Building Guest Relationships): 與酒店內其他部門及社區建立良好關系,以便更好地預測和滿足賓客需求 。
Build relationships with others across the hotel and in the community to better anticipate and deliver on our guests‘ needs .
處理賬務 (Payment Processing): 熟練處理所有支付方式。班次結束后清點備用金,完成指定的收銀報告,解決任何差異,上交收款并妥善保管備用金 。
Process all payment methods proficiently. Count the bank at the end of the shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure the bank .
3. 吧臺維護與運營支持 (3. Bar Maintenance & Operational Support)
清潔衛生 (Cleanliness & Sanitation): 負責吧臺、吧臺設備、桌椅及其他工具的擺設與清潔維護,確保所有區域一塵不染。清洗用過的玻璃器皿 。
Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Wash soiled glassware, ensuring all areas are spotless .
物資準備 (Supply Preparation): 準備新鮮的裝飾配料。補充冰塊、玻璃器皿和紙制品等耗材。將物資運送至吧臺區域 。
Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to the bar set-up area .
庫存管理 (Inventory Management): 從吧臺及餐桌撤下用過的餐具,放置于指定區域。預見并溝通補貨需求。班后鎖好所有烈酒、啤酒、葡萄酒、冷卻器、櫥柜及儲藏區域 。
Remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables and place them in designated areas. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Secure all liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas after the shift .
體力要求 (Physical Demands): 能夠長時間站立、行走。能夠在不借助幫助的情況下移動、提起、搬運、推拉重量不超過50磅(約22.7公斤)的物品。需要時能夠彎腰、扭轉、伸手取物 。
Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds (approx. 22.7 kg) without assistance. Able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as needed .
