一、核心工作職責(zé) (I. Core Responsibilities)
1. 安全監(jiān)控與緊急救援 (1. Safety Monitoring & Emergency Response)
持續(xù)觀察 (Constant Vigilance): 時刻密切關(guān)注泳池區(qū)域,辨別游泳者是否處于困境,觀察是否存在危險狀況、異常或不安全的活動。
Continuously observe the pool area, identifying swimmers in distress and spotting hazardous conditions, irregularities, or unsafe activities.
緊急處理 (Emergency Response): 一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)溺水或其他緊急情況,需立即采取恰當(dāng)?shù)木仍夹g(shù)進行施救。在緊急醫(yī)療服務(wù)到達前,為受傷的客人提供必要的援助。
Immediately employ appropriate rescue techniques in the event of drowning or other emergencies. Provide necessary first aid and assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
事故報告 (Incident Reporting): 及時向經(jīng)理匯報所有事故、傷害和不安全的工作狀況。
Promptly report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
2. 卓越服務(wù)與賓客互動 (2. Excellence in Service & Guest Interaction)
熱情迎賓 (Warm Greetings): 按照麗思卡爾頓的“黃金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”,以專業(yè)、整潔的形象歡迎和接待所有客人,主動預(yù)見并滿足他們的服務(wù)需求,真誠地向客人致謝。
Greet and welcome all guests with a professional and well-groomed appearance, following The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. Proactively anticipate and fulfill their service needs and express genuine gratitude to guests.
營造氛圍 (Creating Atmosphere): 為客人營造一個有趣、放松的氛圍,清晰專業(yè)地宣傳和解釋泳池及康體中心的規(guī)則與設(shè)施。
Create a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Clearly and professionally communicate and explain the rules and facilities of the pool and wellness center.
協(xié)助特殊需求 (Assisting with Special Needs): 主動為有障礙的客人提供幫助,確保他們也能安全享受設(shè)施。
Proactively offer assistance to guests with disabilities, ensuring they can also safely enjoy the facilities.
3. 設(shè)施維護與環(huán)境管理 (3. Facility Maintenance & Environment Management)
環(huán)境清潔 (Environmental Cleanliness): 負責(zé)泳池甲板的清洗、拖洗和整體清潔工作,確保環(huán)境一塵不染。同時,按照酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序整理和疊放毛巾。
Responsible for cleaning, mopping, and the overall upkeep of the pool deck, ensuring a pristine environment. Fold and arrange towels according to hotel standards.
水質(zhì)管理 (Water Quality Management): 負責(zé)游泳池水質(zhì)的測驗和保養(yǎng),確保水質(zhì)符合衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Responsible for testing and maintaining the pool water quality, ensuring it meets all health and safety standards.
設(shè)備檢查 (Equipment Inspection): 定期檢查更衣室等區(qū)域,杜絕安全隱患。對工具、設(shè)備進行視覺檢查,確保其正常可用。
Regularly inspect areas such as locker rooms to eliminate potential safety hazards. Perform visual inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working order.
體力要求 (Physical Demands): 能夠快速奔跑、攀爬、彎腰、扭轉(zhuǎn)以應(yīng)對緊急情況。能夠搬舉不超過50磅(約22.7公斤)的物品,或在協(xié)助下搬舉超過75磅(約34公斤)的物品。
Able to run, climb, bend, and twist quickly to respond to emergencies. Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds (approx. 22.7 kg) without assistance, and items over 75 pounds (approx. 34 kg) with assistance.
