職位描述

基礎協助:協助廚師完成每日的食材清洗、去皮、切配等基礎準備工作。
Basic Assistance: Assist chefs with daily basic preparations such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
學習實踐:在指導下學習廚房基礎操作技能,熟悉各類廚具與設備的使用方法。
Learning & Practice: Learn basic kitchen skills under guidance and become familiar with the use of various kitchen tools and equipment.
衛生維護:負責工作區域的清潔衛生,包括臺面、水槽、地面及廚具的清洗與消毒。
Hygiene Maintenance: Responsible for cleaning the work area, including countertops, sinks, floors, and the washing and sanitizing of kitchen utensils.
物料管理:協助進行食材、物料的領取、整理與存放,確保庫存擺放整齊。
Material Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing ingredients and supplies, ensuring the inventory is neatly arranged.
遵守規范:嚴格遵守廚房各項規章制度及食品衛生安全標準。
Compliance: Strictly adhere to all kitchen regulations and food safety and hygiene standards.
其他任務:完成廚師長或主管安排的其他相關工作。
