1. 客房部全面運營管理 / Overall Housekeeping Operations Management
全面負責(zé)客房部日常運營管理,統(tǒng)籌客房服務(wù)、公共區(qū)域(PA)清潔及洗衣房三大板塊工作,建立并優(yōu)化標(biāo)準操作流程(SOP),確保酒店285間豪華客房及套房的整體清潔品質(zhì)與服務(wù)一致性。
Manage the daily housekeeping operations of 285 luxury guest rooms and suites, oversee guestroom cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services, establish and optimize SOPs to ensure overall cleanliness and service consistency.
2. 執(zhí)行麗思卡爾頓品牌標(biāo)準 / Implement Ritz-Carlton Brand Standards
嚴格執(zhí)行麗思卡爾頓“黃金標(biāo)準”、服務(wù)信條及福布斯五星酒店標(biāo)準,確保客房部各環(huán)節(jié)符合奢華酒店品牌定位,帶領(lǐng)團隊踐行“以優(yōu)雅風(fēng)度用心提供周到服務(wù)”的品牌承諾。
Uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, service credo, and Forbes Five-Star hotel standards across all housekeeping functions, leading the team to deliver the brand promise of “genuine care and comfort through elegant poise and thoughtful service.”
3. 賓客滿意度與VIP服務(wù) / Guest Satisfaction & VIP Services
制定并實施VIP接待流程與標(biāo)準,處理重大客訴及突發(fā)事件,持續(xù)提升OTA賓客評分;協(xié)同前廳、餐飲、工程、安保等部門實現(xiàn)運營無縫銜接,提升整體入住體驗。
Establish and implement VIP reception protocols and standards, handle major guest complaints and emergencies, consistently improve OTA ratings. Collaborate closely with Front Office, F&B, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure seamless operations and enhance overall guest experience.
4. 團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與人才培養(yǎng) / Team Leadership & Talent Development
負責(zé)客房部團隊搭建、績效考核、技能培訓(xùn)及團隊文化建設(shè),打造高績效、服務(wù)導(dǎo)向的團隊;組織編制部門工作程序及考評機制,穩(wěn)定核心骨干,建立人才梯隊。
Lead the housekeeping team in building a high-performance, service-oriented culture through staffing, performance management, skills training, and employee recognition. Develop departmental working procedures and evaluation mechanisms, retain core talents, and build a talent pipeline.
5. 預(yù)算管理與成本控制 / Budget Management & Cost Control
制定客房部年度預(yù)算及經(jīng)營計劃,全面控制人力成本、物料消耗及能耗支出,確保部門經(jīng)營費用控制在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi),實現(xiàn)成本效率最大化與酒店盈利目標(biāo)。
Develop the annual budget and operational plan, control labor costs, supplies consumption, and utility expenses. Ensure departmental expenses remain within budget while maximizing cost efficiency and supporting the property’s financial goals.
6. 品質(zhì)把控與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新 / Quality Assurance & Service Innovation
定期檢查客房、設(shè)施設(shè)備及物品維護狀況,把控客房品質(zhì)、清潔標(biāo)準、軟裝維護及設(shè)施保養(yǎng),關(guān)注行業(yè)趨勢與競品動態(tài),持續(xù)推動服務(wù)創(chuàng)新與奢華體驗升級。
Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms, equipment, and furnishings to ensure quality and safety standards. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, continuously driving service innovation and elevating the luxury guest experience.
7. 跨部門協(xié)調(diào)與應(yīng)急管理 / Cross-Department Collaboration & Emergency Management
協(xié)同前廳部、工程部、安保部等部門確保高效運營銜接;處理各類突發(fā)事件,維護酒店聲譽。
Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operational handoffs. Handle emergencies and safeguard the hotel’s reputation.
8. 安全管理與合規(guī) / Safety & Compliance
確保客房部各項工作符合衛(wèi)生防疫、消防及信息安全等酒店合規(guī)要求,保障賓客與員工的安全與健康。
Ensure all housekeeping operations comply with hygiene, fire safety, and information security regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both guests and associates.
【任職要求 / Qualifications】
教育背景:大專及以上學(xué)歷,酒店管理、旅游管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。/ College degree or above, preferably in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
工作經(jīng)驗:5年以上國際奢華/五星級酒店客房總監(jiān)或房務(wù)總監(jiān)同崗位管理經(jīng)驗,國內(nèi)管理公司經(jīng)驗或國際聯(lián)號經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。/ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of Housekeeping or Director of Rooms in an international luxury five-star hotel environment. Experience with international hotel chains or domestic management companies is preferred.
核心能力:精通客房、PA、洗衣房全流程運營,熟悉奢華酒店品牌標(biāo)準與體系;具備極強的團隊管理、成本控制、品質(zhì)管控及跨部門協(xié)同能力。/ Proficient in guestroom operations, public area maintenance, and laundry services. Deep understanding of luxury hotel brand standards. Strong leadership, cost control, quality assurance, and cross-department collaboration skills.
系統(tǒng)技能:熟悉酒店管理系統(tǒng)(Opera、GXP等)及各類運營報表,計算機能力精通。/ Familiar with hotel management systems (Opera, GXP, etc.) and various operational reports. Proficient computer skills.
語言能力:英語口語流利,商務(wù)溝通能力強。/ Fluent spoken English with strong business communication skills.
