職位：西廚房主廚Western Chef de Cuisine
崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.?At least 2 years of luxury hotel experience required; international or Michelin brand? background preferred.
具備2年以上高端奢華酒店經(jīng)驗，有海外或米其林品牌工作背景者優(yōu)先。
2.?Responsible for the creation and development of new dishes and recipes, centered around French cuisine??techniques to ensure both quality and creativity.
負(fù)責(zé)新菜品及食譜的創(chuàng)作與研發(fā)，以法餐技藝為核心，確保菜品的品質(zhì)與創(chuàng)意。
3.?To manage the kitchen team to produce consistently high quality food.
管理廚師團隊，確保烹飪符合酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的高質(zhì)量食物。
4.?Plan, coordinate, and oversee the timely execution of menus, ensuring that necessary information such as plating guides, recipes, food photos, and cost calculations are in place prior to implementation.
計劃、統(tǒng)籌和督促菜單及時的執(zhí)行， 并保證菜單在執(zhí)行前已具備必要的擺盤指南、食譜、食物的照片和成本核算等信息。
5.?Handle customer comments and complaints and take action to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
處理客戶意見與投訴，采取相應(yīng)措施解決問題，確保客戶滿意。
6.?Responsible for the food cost of his kitchen as well as kitchen operating supplies, kitchen energy?costs and kitchen utensils.
負(fù)責(zé)維持所在廚房的食品成本、工作所需的材料、廚房能量消耗和廚房器具。
7.?Ensure consistent quality of all food stuffs purchased, monitoring quality at receiving point, ensuring value of purchases matching to correct food costs.
確保采購的食品質(zhì)量， 在收貨時監(jiān)督質(zhì)量， 確保采購的食品價值和食物成本一致。
8.?Ability in fast pace environment. Able to work flexible schedules.

10.Plan and execute training programs for kitchen staff, ensuring the effective delivery and continuous implementation of training content.
