Primary Responsibilities 主要職責
1.Ensure the normal operation of hotel equipment
保證酒店設備的正常運轉。
2.Cooperate with supervisor and colleagues to complete the maintenance of equipment.
配合主管、同事完成設備的維修保養工作。
3.Make handover procedures, check the common tools in the duty room on duty, check the operation of equipment together with the shift operator, and explain the matters needing attention.
認真做好交接班手續,清點當班值班室公用工具,與交接班者共同檢查設備運轉情況,交代注意事項等。
4.To keep worksite sanitation well.
搞好工作場地環境衛生。
5.To well finish watch department maintenance request
完成各部門的報修的工作任務。
6.To follow up leader’s temporary task
完成上級布置的臨時工作。
7.To finish equipment maintenance and repair, regular fittings replacement
完成設備的保修、保養任務,定期更換易損件。
8.Those who be on duty should strictly execute all kinds of operation procedure, avoiding causing accident.
當班人員要嚴格執行各項操作規程,防止事故發生。
9.Finish maintenance of equipment based on the work plan, and take down.
按照工作計劃完成對設備的維修保養,并做好相應的詳細的記錄。
10.Prohibit from wasting repairing material, on the premise of not descending performance of equipment, make sure of spare parts recycled.
在工作中保證檢修材料的不浪費,在不降低設備性能的前提下確保設備配件的重復使用。
11.Execute daily inspection, eliminate unsafe factor and remove breakdown in time.
認真執行日常的巡檢,消除不安全因素,及時排除故障。
12.Keep work place neat.
保持工作場地的整齊、整潔。
13.Obey to arrangement from superior at any time.
隨時接受值班工程師和主管安排的其他工作。
14.Provide professional and good service at any time.
隨時提供專業的、良好的服務。
15.Take note of daily work.

Knowledge and Experience知識與經驗
1.Minimum 1 years experience on ENG.
具有一年以上酒店工程部經驗。
2. Abide to regulation concerned strictly.
嚴格遵守有關規章制度。
3.Must be qualified for this job with rich experience and high efficiency.
能夠勝任本職工作,具有豐富的實際工作經驗,工作效率高。
4.Education:Senior or technical school or above
文化程度:高中、技校以上學歷。
5.Body condition :good health
身體條件:五官端正,身體健康。
