崗位職責/職位描述

Primary Responsibilities 主要職責

1.Sends and picks up guest or hotel employees from/ to airport or any designated place punctually, as assigned by Manager.

根據經理的指派準時接送客人或酒店員工到達機場或指定地點。

2.Checks/ inspects vehicle before starting the shift, reports any unsure condition of the vehicle to the Manager for necessary actions.

3.Maintains and cleans all vehicles and equipment to maintain a professional image.

維護并清潔所有的車輛和設備以保持職業化的形象。

4.Loads and unloads guest’s luggage for arriving and departing guests. Directs guests to any of the Hotel’s facilities when necessary.

為到店/離開的客人裝卸行李,必要時指引客人至酒店設施。

5.Knowledgeable about all events and information of the immediate and surrounding area in case to answer guest inquires.

熟知酒店周邊區域所有各項活動和信息,以便回復客人的問詢。

6.Ensures the driving is polite and safety, the driver cannot to smoke before or during guest using.

確保行駛前或行駛中安全的文明待客,司機不允許在行駛前或行駛途中吸煙。

7.Verifies that all information requested by the local police authorities are adhered to and prepared accurately.

8.Recognize guests, acknowledge their arrangement, and engage with them in a polite way at any possible moment.

9.Greets all guests courteously, using the guest’s name where possible.

10.Maintaining a good customer relationship. Responsible for the provision of friendly and efficient service to all guests.

與客人建立并保持良好的關系。負責提供給客人友善、有效的服務。

11.Is aware of the location and status during driving in case to guest asking.

在客人詢問時,能隨時回復客人酒店位置和行程狀態。

12.Management of the guest service experience / personalization

確保個性化服務以提升客人體驗。

13.Handles and reports “Lost and Found” items according to the Fairmont “Lost and Found”.

依據費爾蒙酒店政策處理和匯報“失物招領”物品。

14.Drives any hotel vehicles in a careful and law-abiding manner, ensuring that speed limits are never exceeded.

駕駛任何酒店的車輛,都要依照法規謹慎駕駛,確保不超速行駛

15.Ensures the safe keeping of all vehicles’ keys.

確保所有車輛鑰匙的妥善保管。

16.Ensures the limousine is clean and tidy before guest using.

確保賓客使用車輛前,車輛是干凈和整潔的。

17.Ensures petrol consumption of all vehicles is accounted for and tally with the mileage.

確保記錄所有車輛汽油的消耗。

18.Accurately maintains and updates the Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance Record Book. Sends vehicle to the designated Service Centre as per the Servicing Schedule.

正確記錄和更新車輛保養和維修記錄。根據保養計劃,將車輛送至指定的養護中心。


Knowledge and Experience 知識與經驗

1.Minimum Five (5) years relevant experience in a similar position

2.Fluent in Mandarin, basic English communication skill as an asset

3.Holder of Type A1 Driver License
