Primary Responsibilities主要職責
1. Prepare raw food and seasoning with canteen commis.
與人才餐廳廚師一起準備配料及烹飪食材。
2. Make sure the supply of food and ensure the quantity and quality.
確保餐廳食物的供應,保證食物的數量和質量。
3. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of cold rooms, work areas and equipment.
確保冷房,工作區域和設施設備的清潔和維護工作。
4. Ensure the warmly attitude and rationalization when serves the meal, analyzes talent’s opinion forwardly and brings improved advice to Canteen Chef and Supervisor.
確保打菜時,服務熱情,分配合理,并可主動分析人才的意見,向人才餐廳廚師長或主管提出改進意見。
5. Assists Cost Control and calculate cost of food.
協助成本核算做好和計算食品成本工作。
6. Performs other duties that may be required by his superiors.
履行其上司給予的其他職責。
Knowledge and Experience知識與經驗
1. Secondary school education or above.
中專以上學歷。
2. Have good communication skill.
良好的溝通技巧。
3. Physically fit and of good appearance.
身體健康,相貌端正。
4. Hard-working.
肯吃苦耐勞。
5. Responsible .
責任心強。
