Primary Responsibilities主要職責
1.??Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of DOS or DOSM to major market areas, calling on accounts withinthe specific market areas. Reports to the Director of Sales on potentialmarkets needing coverage

2.?Liaises closely with OTA Sales Team in proposing the best deal whenhandling FIT/Packages (pricing strategy, special requirements) passed over, inorder to convert the leads / inquiries to confirmed events.
在跟進處理一些生意或客戶詢問時,與銷售團隊保持緊密的聯絡與溝通,最終生意確認下來。
3.?To meet and welcome some top key accounts, VIP guests upon check-in.
在主要客戶及貴賓到店時歡迎其光臨或入住酒店。
4.?Support Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales for all activities of the OTA Sales Team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

5.?Monitors the accounts management system.

6.Establishes good working relationship within the department and other departments.
與各部門之間建立良好的工作關系。? ?
7.?Work together with Sales Team in ensuring highest standards of service and product quality are provided to guests at all times.

8.Provides feed-back on market trends & keeps updated on client relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales.

9.?Maintains close and frequent communication with the Director of Sales in order to maximize the hotel profit through effective yield and space management.

10.?Forecasts group room night and banquet revenue.
對團隊及宴會收入進行有效的預測。??
11.Participates in relationship building visitations when necessary.

12.Assists in preparation of the Marketing Plan.

13.?Maintains timely and responsive communication with clients.

Knowledge and Experience知識與經驗
1.??University graduate, excellentcommand of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大學專科,良好的中英文讀寫能力。
2.Minimum3years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少三年在國際連鎖酒店的相關經驗。
3.?With strong teamwork spirit
