Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
1.Planning, budgeting and execution of the hotel are advertising campaigns in liaison with the company’s official advertising agency.
與專業(yè)廣告發(fā)布公司聯(lián)系,制定并執(zhí)行酒店的廣告預(yù)算和對外廣告發(fā)布。
2.Coordination and implementation of communication plan for the hotel activities and promotions in coordination with various revenue-earning departments in the hotel (i.e. sales, food and beverage, spa etc.)
協(xié)調(diào)并執(zhí)行與酒店所有營運(yùn)部門的酒店活動和促銷的溝通計劃(如銷售,餐飲等)。
3.Development of good relations with the (social) media (print, online media, etc.) and implementation of the hotel’s publicity campaign.
與(社交)媒體建立良好的關(guān)系(出版物、線上媒體等),執(zhí)行酒店的市場宣傳活動。
4.Management of a complete, targeted database and direct E-mail campaigns to promote hotel business.
管理一個全面有目標(biāo)性的資料庫,并通過郵件營銷進(jìn)行促銷活動廣告。
5.Overall supervision of production of hotel printed materials to ensure compliance with Fairmont Identity Guidelines.
全面監(jiān)督酒店所有印刷產(chǎn)品以確保和費(fèi)爾蒙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指導(dǎo)方針的一致性。
6.Work with Accor Brand/e-Commerce marketing to ensure contents of Hotel pages and related promotions are updated at all times.
與雅高酒店品牌/網(wǎng)絡(luò)/數(shù)字營銷團(tuán)隊(duì)合作確保酒店主頁并保持相關(guān)推廣信息及時更新。
7.Coordination and implementation of various hotels projects in liaison with other hotel department s and/or outside organizations/ government bureaus.
通過與酒店其他部門,或者外界組織,政府部門聯(lián)絡(luò)以協(xié)調(diào)并執(zhí)行酒店不同項(xiàng)目。
8.To ensure press releases are sent to all local & regional media on all happenings/ events in the hotel.
及時發(fā)布酒店活動新聞稿至各類媒體。
9.To maintain stock inventory of an updated photo library and press kit.
及時地更新圖庫和宣傳資料袋以維持庫存。
10.To be responsible for the preparation, planning and executive of the hotel’s public relations activities plan.
負(fù)責(zé)酒店準(zhǔn)備,策劃和執(zhí)行酒店公關(guān)活動的計劃。
11.Regular communication & entertainment with the local press.
與當(dāng)?shù)孛襟w保持正常交流和宴請。
12.Handle the administration of the Marketing Communication Department and ensure operational brand standards.
負(fù)責(zé)市場傳媒部的管理工作并確保各項(xiàng)與品牌相關(guān)的運(yùn)作符合品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
13.Work together with GM/DOSM to handle PR crisis properly and efficiently (if applicable).
當(dāng)酒店有公關(guān)危機(jī)發(fā)生時,及時與總經(jīng)理/市場銷售總監(jiān)恰當(dāng)、及時地處理。
Knowledge and Experience 知識與經(jīng)驗(yàn)
1.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大學(xué)本科,良好的中英文讀寫能力。
2.Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same position in luxury hotel.
至少2年以上奢華酒店同崗位的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.Organized, detail-oriented and with good administrative skill.
擁有組織能力,明確導(dǎo)向性的行政管理技巧。
4.Good contacts with local press.
和當(dāng)?shù)匦侣劽襟w的良好溝通。
5.Creative writing skills.
創(chuàng)造性的寫作技巧。
6.Know the new media and digital marketing
熟知各種新媒體及數(shù)字化市場
7.Knowledge and skill in crisis management.
具備處理危機(jī)的知識和能力。
8.Extensive knowledge of Ad. / Media Planning and printing/ production process.
