·Assist theLearning & Development Manager to develop hotel annual Learning& Development plans.
協助學習與發展經理制訂酒店年度學習與發展計劃。
·Prepare report oftraining results.
每次培訓后,做好培訓記錄報表。
·Collates andcompiles hotel training materials.
校對并整理培訓資料。
·Recommend hoteltraining courses for talent to the Department Manager.
向各部門經理推薦部門培訓課程。
·Develop trainingmanuals and courses.
制訂常規培訓手冊和培訓課程。
·Maintain trainingrecords of talent at different levels.
按級別對人才培訓記錄歸檔。
·Assists theLearning & Development Manager develop Learning & Development policiesand procedures.
協助學習與發展經理制作學習與發展制度和程序。
·Develop specialtraining program as requested by Departments.
按照各部門經理的要求制訂相應的專門培訓計劃。
·Making trainingagreement.
制定培訓協議。
·Supervise and urgerelevant departments to complete the keys to success training to new talents.
督促相關部門完成新人才成功的關鍵項。
·Provideadministrative support:
協助參與日常管理:

做好辦公室的管理工作。
-?Assist theLearning & Development Manager in handling correspondence andadministration work.
幫助學習與發展經理處理信函和日常行政工作。

管理及時更新圖書。

制作每日簡訊。

制作英語成績報告。
·Assist Learning& Development Manager to complete hotel product knowledge test, and sendthe results to all departments.
協助學習與發展經理完成酒店產品知識測試,并將成績發送各部門。
·Send birthday namelist to departments each month.
每月將過生日人才名單發送各部門。
·Assists theLearning & Development Manager to implement and monitor talent relationsand motivation through the training program in the hotel.
協助學習與發展經理做好促進人才關系、調動人才積極性的工作。
·Coach hotel talentas need as in basic skill development, career planning and training.
在崗位選擇方面為酒店人才做基本指導工作。
·Assist theLearning & Development Manager in coordinating and executing talent social,athletic and recreational programs and facilities.
協助學習與發展經理組織人才的社交,文體活動。
·Motivate trainees.
調動培訓員與人才的積極性。
·Disseminateinformation regarding training activities, special skill improvement programs.
對人才就組織人才活動,酒店人事政策和程序作及時準確地宣傳。
Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗
·College degree or above
大?;蛞陨蠈W歷
·2 years or aboveexperience in training area at 4 or 5 star international hotels
兩年以上國際品牌酒店培訓工作的經驗
·Fluent oral andwritten English.
有良好的英語能力
·With capability ofcommunication and coordination
有較強的溝通協調和管理能力
·?Work honestly withstrong responsibility, fairly handle matters
