Main Responsibilities 工作職責

1· Maximize Accor Hotels market share within the area/territory.

2· Work with GM, Finance to accomplish hotel’s yearly revenue budget and market expenses plan.

3· Work closely with GM and revenue section to conduct necessary market analysis and strategic action plans to drive the whole hotel’s revenue as per the budget guidance.

4· Stay current with the needs of the market, competitive initiatives and the effectiveness of our programs through regular involvement with key accounts.

5· Guide and monitor the implementation of all related strategic action plans with high quality.

Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗

1· Fluent English of both oral and written, and good capability of Chinese

2· 5 to 10 years‘ professional experience and perfect knowledge of sales professions. Familiar with Sanya local market

5至10年工作經驗及優秀銷售專業知識,熟悉三亞本地市場。

3· Have a deep understanding of marketing work, strong market perception ability, keen grasp of market dynamics, market direction, and close media cooperation. Good knowledge of revenue management.
